Some of you may have noticed that we're no longer using Get Satisfaction for our support needs. While we enjoy the open-ness of Get Satisfaction, we also realize that our support needs (like the ability to mark problems as duplicate cases) are far too specific for any third-party to effectively cater to.
So, we're building our own support system. To state the obvious, it's not ready yet. We decided it was more important to ship Flow 1.1 than to delay just for our new support system.
